Sounds like Jack is a typical B, wants outside but comes back and forth to check on you and the baby. He just wants to make sure you are still around and not scooted out. My B is so spoiled, my hubby bought some covering for our top back yard step so when Sahara lays on it she will not have marks, red spots from laying on the hot bricks. He loves my B, me too, and she is so rotten I am surprised you can't smell her where you are. haha!!!!:D 😃 😃
Love your pictures, he is so cute. I love the one with the stuffed animals as well, Sahara plays fetch with hers and even throws them up in the air to catch by herself. I think she would do good with a playmate, but the hubby says no for now, I think I will change his mind in time. 😃 😃
Mine are all snugglers and bed warmers, but Eddie is the hottest basenji I have ever known! He is the one that is in and out of the covers all night long, topper & Nicky usually settle under-cover and are set for the night. But if I get up to go to the bathroom, I am reminded of the Simon & Garfunkel song '"Cecilia…"I got up to wash my face, when I come back to bed someone's taken my place".

Hmmm - I posted a baby puppy pic with puppy in a hand that was dark brindle, and I think I posted pics of Foxy and Cami and Cami is a very dark brindle so the pic was of a red and a brindle.
It would be a good idea to test Cory anyway. This will reinforce the lineage. I will be testing Shadow as well. Shadow is neutered, but it goes back into the line pattern. I went to a blood draw and had his blood taken, so I just have to send in the request now. Is it important? Probably not to a lot of people, but I want to have my own peace of mind, and this reinforces what Robyn has been striving to achieve-health! Shadow is brother to Sugar's sire, by the way.
Despite not wanting to cooperate, Jozie is a pretty girl! I can't even imagine getting Jayden and/or Cory to cooperate with a photo shoot like that!

Next time you are in my area we can do a shoot like this if you wish. We would need a better camera than mine though. These were taken with my friend's camera and he did a great job catching the dogs at the right time.

well, not really a bed, but its what he uses, and its often times me! he has a nice big crate with two very large dog pillows in there, but no, laps and anything inconveniencing for me is a lovely place to nap. here are a few examples.
