Yep - Hollie has that strong Basenji front end. Her chest is undeniably Basenji as well as her face. On the chair she doesn't look too big either. I think Whippets are bigger than Basenji. I should try and post a couple of Dukes pics too - but like you, I need time to fumble with it all. She's beautiful - thanks for sharing.

She has a very sweet face. Looks like she's got alot of white. I haven't seen one with as much white. How cool - she could win a contest.

@Lucy_Furs_Father: she has figured out how to unzip and destuff my couch cushions. Gosh she is CUTE! :) ROFL, one time someone on the AOL basenji board wrote and said How much does a basenji cost. And a person responded: Depends. How much is your furnishings worth? Honest, I crated sayblee when we weren't home, we SUPERVISED her. And yet she did more damage in one year than my rotties had done in 17 yrs. Thankfully she has outgrown it but I still don't trust her unsupervised. Sayblee baroos and does tons of senji noises. Arwen can scream, she has a very very freaky howl when the rotties and chow howl, and she says a very clear "R".

She is a beautiful girl! I love the experssion on her face.

Thanks. I am lucky that we have so many good photographers that come out to our lure trials and capture the dogs doing what they love. I also just have to brag that Rio, the red and white in the yellow jacket, earned Best of Breed at the Northern California Whippet Club ASFA trial this Monday. I am so proud of her.

thanks… actually there were 3 left from a litter of 5 that were still available... it took all my bf & I had to not take ALL 3 home with us. thankfully, the other 2 got wonderful homes that same day.
