there are at least 4 Old Legend's B's in Austria, but I guess more "south" than Vienna 😉 And of course, the "big old Lady" Mrs. Phyllis Poduschka-Aigner (Jangua Basenjis). but I guess, these people do not communicate a lot over the internet. We're sorry, but we cannot remember the city's name, but there is a big dog show every year….ups, running around a little reminded us, that the city's name was Graz....

We have the movie, only because it is about a Basenji, but even my kids {who were raised on old movies} think it's a bit much – the Basenji crying had them giggling out loud. They did all want to smack the kid around for his training techniques though, LOL.

Oh, and you're right agile, it's a Warner Brothers movie.

My mom had the same thing happen. She met someone at a workshop and they ended up talking about dogs. Mom was telling this other person about my basenjis, other woman said it sounded like the dog next door. Mom ended up seeing the dog and mom told me "It looked like a basenji, but it was all HAIRY."

I showed pictures of Shibas, because I thought it would be pretty weird that there was another b just 5 km from our home.. She said it was a b.. :rolleyes:

EL D will occasionally sleep partly on the pillow (when I'm not in the bed). Usually though he sleeps totally under the covers (actually his own sleeping bag on the bed).

I don't have such a problem with the squirrels but just the neighbors - some are pretty sloppy when they put out the trash on collection day and bits and pieces are always hiding in the grass when EL D and I come by on our walks the next day or the next day or the next day. I always worry that someday he'll scarf down something that could be dangerous before I can get it out.

Shely has done this. I had her on a tie out at the park and she saw a father/daughter and ran so hard it broke her collar. She scared the little girl and the dad started kicking at her!! He couldn't speak English very well but I begged him to stop kicking at her. She will usually come back for a treat, a stick or her ball. Ahhhh so frusterating when they get away. She will run right by me just out of reach like "hahahah you're too slow sucker!"

My pup never bothered hers much and I didn't even use a spray deterent. (Of course she got used to wearing coats in the winter so maybe that helped.)

Hmmmm … I am flying to LA to see DH on Friday, maybe this is a sign that the dogs need to come along! LOL!

Thanks! I checked out the site, and it looks cool, and very safe! It is a bit far, though, almost to Kenosha, but we do go down to Chicago to visit relatives frequently, and usually bring Tosca, so maybe we will stop sometime.
