    We are doing work on the back deck, turning it into a screen porch and adding a patio below. So far the dogs have all loved it. We have stuff all covered up and they still finds a way to get in there and relax along with all the sawdust.     No idea, sometimes with mixes it's so hard to tell what the parentage is. I do think that your dog's head is a bit more refined than many of the pit mixes i've seen.

    Actually, Ikea is my first choice for a new couch. Only because you can easily buy the replacement covers/parts ahead of time and keep them handy for "future repairs". I thought about leather, but I fear the costs to have it repaired in the future. My B only does some "digging" where he likes to sleep.

    We got Killian from a breeder in Ohio–-Jim Edgerton. That's where he had gotten our previous male basenji. We took Logan and Jasmine to his place and looked at several 1 year olds and a puppies and Jasmine eliminated the others and we agreed with her pick.

    Thank you very much for the info. I will have to try the time out. He was crate trained as far as being house broken, but now when I put brownie in the crate all he does is whine.. I do have 2 older dogs. one that plays with him and the other, well he just growls at brownie. The mother that was there when I got Brownie was a white shepard, maybe that is where the broad nose comes in.
