Andrea…I think you might be onto something. There are 2 Rat Terriers that live down the street from us (Ruby LOVES them BTW) and one of them (Dakota, Ru's favourite) is about her size.

I was just in Annapolis this morning at the dentist's office. I can tell you that the weather was crummy and cold. Nothing like the day you were there!! I stopped in a little pet store and bought my little Chloe a new coat. Annapolis is a great town!
