    @SeattleMax: Does your dog romp around with other dogs? I wonder if those stones would come undone during puppy play? Good Lord :eek: It wont be on at playtime!! :p It cost me a small fortune so it is strictly for special occasions (ie shows and posh outings :rolleyes: ). I think the thought of her playing as rough as she does with it on, or going galloping through the muddy fields would give me a heart attack :D

    Otis, or should I saw my Dachshund Gus, thinks stuffing is unnatural…the animals should be sold without them, and squikers (SP?) too. Both of them love the animals once they are limp, unstuffed, just the stuffed animal skin...that is when they are the best..In Otis' and Gus' humble opinion..

    @Tayda_Lenny: i can't take credit for taking those photos myself. there actually is a dog park photographer that takes pics every day and uploads them to his website…. he took them! its so fun to browse through and see all the dogs expressions... Ok.. Now I'm jealous.. You guys have dog parks AND dog park photographers??? That's just great! :)

    Sally Wallis in England has taken a lot of time to compile and make public a database of basenji pedigrees. It is available at http://pedigrees.zandebasenjis.com Anyone that has information on dogs that she doesn't have in the database should submit the information to her to help her keep the database as complete as possible.
