I was able to spend the special day with my local family since I live in their home. It was a really special day...:Prince's first Thanksgiving. Dave even got him a special Turkey topper for dinner. So thankful for family and friends. My little guy is so special to me, I am thankful every day for him and I tell him so. Then I get that look from him.."I love you too, Momma".

You'll do fine and so will he. Toys and special attention when you are home. ((hugs)) It's never too late to make career choices. MANY people in their 30s, 40s and even 60s are in college now :)

I finally saw Base and Indi!!! Emm's so jealous. =) I was walking with Kairoe on the last stretch of it and then a guy yelled out from the parking lot, "Is that Kairoe?" I'm like.. "Yeah?" He goes back in the car and then two basenjis came out! I couldn't believe it! Base is huge! And they growled at each other. Indi was cute and calm.

@mauigirl: I had 2 people ask me if I'm a Mom yesterday. Both times I thought to say "I do have 2 dogs…". It totally counts. There's nothing like picking up poo to show commitment. Amen to that!!!!;)

My best friend use to own an African Gray. They are one of the best speaking birds in the world. I'm sure Little Mama's vocabulary will continue to increase over years to come. My friend's bird would shreek "Hello" if the phone rang, and "come in" if the doorbell rang. Sidney could even speak in whole sentences, which sometimes were hard to understand.
