Well, depends on how you look at it, here in the house to raise all the time?.. about 10yrs since I whelped a litter here. But I have co-bred a couple of litters and also have a couple that I co-own or have shown for friends.

Great looking basenjis - just love the cuddling, which I seemed to notice a lot at the Seattle dog show. Can someone tell me if basenjis tend to cuddle together more than other dogs? I've just seen so many pictures of them doing this.

Depends on the dogs, depends on the temperament, and the age… some do, some don't... remember with Basenjis... they do not read the books!

I agree with Pat, it really all depends. Rally seems to have some bizarre rulebook that she expects all the others in the house to understand even though the rules are about as complex as dragon poker, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dragon_Poker, which I suppose makes sense since she was born in the year of the Dragon.
My others are less picky but all seem to prefer cuddling with a human if they can get a space.

They are beautiful!
I am sad that you were in Chicago, and I didn't get to meet you!
But sounds like a very busy, very happy trip. Congrats!

A typical Basenji moment - what beautifully marked Basenjis! I do so love the red/white girl - they are and always have been my favourites.
