I think I see some of the basenji ears, especially in the second picture. I just want to grab them and rub them good! 🙂 It's most likely that there is at least a black lab there too. Also it may be not the first "mix". If it is a generation over there may be more then one mix in there. But either way, Lilly is adorable! :):) It's awesome that she has a good forever home now.

awww, thanks! the secret is… if you take a million photos of your dogs, you will eventually get some good ones.
Been there done that, thank goodness for digital… I used to spend a fortune on film and getting them developed! But those are great pictures

I must be crazy… I just bought a 16x20 of Miles! And an 11x14 of Lexi!! (Dogster has teamed with Shutterfly - the 16x20 was free, but still... the one I got of my human nephews is only a 5x7!)
:p It's true... I've gone to the dogs!!
this would look great blown up to 18"x24"
This should definitely be on a Basenji calender

Now if only it would warm up so we could exercise him more- he's become a "deviled" Ham… He's found a new treasure chest under the bed-- he's chewed random things. That- along with about 10 pair of undies, a spool of thread, and has started eating his dolls. lol... He must now be supervised at ALL times. Oh Ham. You silly boy. Just wait till summer- you're getting run until your legs fall off!

Beautiful photos, love these 2 dogs, sounds like a nice trip
-
Oh I just love the photos….your dogs ARE Supermodels
Thank you for sharing, it looks like they had a great time -
Great photos! Where did you stay on the NC island? We area always looking for good dog friendly cabins/hotels and beaches to take our 3. We are in Florida, but there are very few places where you can have dogs on the beach, especially off leash. Looks like your had fun, and you got some great photos.

We stayed at Bald Head Island off Cape Fear…
http://baldheadisland.com/They only have golf carts on the island- no cars. You take the ferry over and it's really beautiful. So the puppies are safe from harm and aren't going to get very far in the ocean…

Beautiful pictures!
It's so great that the pups can play with you on the beach without being leashed! What an accomplishment!

Yeh- I have to admit at one point, we thought Miles was running away. (Not that there was anywhere for him to go or any way for him to get hit by a car) He started hauling off down the beach and wouldn't even turn an ear to us to hear us calling to him. He apparently only wanted to pee on a single post about 500 yards away. Once he did so, he came flying back. He just wanted everyone to know that this was HIS beach…lol.

Boldhead Island is really nice! Thank you for sharing the photos. Seems like a perfect place to let the Bs run around on the beach. Here in North California we only have a handfull of dog friendly beaches and they are always crowded.

Miles wanted to share with you what a good boy he is during bath time!!

LOL…The last pic is a riot...good job with photoshop!
