She's beautiful! How old is she? We are lucky as there is Ocean Beach in San Francisco that allows off leash.

I've read on the internet, that if you get your Basenji pup from the very first day, to walk with you off leash ( of course where there are no dangers), she will never run off . I try and do it on a daily basis. Lots of treats in my pocket!!!:p

Gorgeous dog, weather, country and people…I truly love Italy. If I didn't end up in Texas I would've moved to Italy...from Sweden, but the States won..

sigh Mine too, I think. I'm too scared to even ponder the idea. That's the only thing I completely dislike about my Bs - or the breed in general - I get so jealous when I watch my sister's lab galumph obediently around her yard off leash. :(
