A new playmate

We are now the proud new owner of Shilagh Doe. We adopted her through BRAT. Today she came home and is getting familiar with everything. I think Mick has already fallen in love with her as we have too. She is sweet and loving. We look forward to a long happy life with her. :D

Yaaayyy!! Thank you for rescuing! Great that Mick took to her right away. Ours bonded really quickly too (though we still have snarky moments). What everyone says is true: basenjis love a b companion.
What was her name on the BRAT site?

A very special thanks to Jen Gonzalez, Kim Riddle, and Jane Repko. You are all special people and I will always be grateful to you for Shilagh. BRAT is very lucky to have you all.
Her name was Isis. We truly wanted a name that fits with our family and she really is Shi, very docile and sweet. Enjoy the pics.
