Kathryn, you are doing a great thing and i wish you well with your lovely gesture. I am sure with time Quinn will settle with you since you are clearly a good person and animals have great instincts about people. You were unfortunate with Indy but you did your best and at the end of the day, you at least ended her personal suffering and not for selfish reasons, it was for the right reasons. Dan, you were lucky to be working with a stronger dog i suspect, good on you for your determination.
I look forward to hearing how Quinn gets on Kathryn.

I'm having a problem with transport for Quinn.I can't drive to get him and need someone to deliver him. I could drive to meet someone but not a long way as I'm not a happy driver.

BRAT has a group that help transport b's.
I don't know if they will be able to help you with this, but you can sure ask.
There is also an airlines that fly dogs, and they do a great job.
So, good luck..do let us know how it goes. -

Kathryn your a very special person. So very kind you have a great heart. I could never give up one of my animals no matter how old. I cannot give up even when they leave us and go over. My children are my children but we also have four legged children. Forgot one, two legged the parrot. Hope all is well. Let all of us know and pictures please.

Would like everyone to know that Quinn is already settled here and making himself at home.He loves to eat the raw diet that I feed here and I'm sure that he will put on some much needed weight. He seems to be a sweet little soul and sits and looks lovingly too me for a cookie.
My other B's seem to except him especially Classy who has found a quick friend.
He is no trouble at all and the little bit of meds he takes is no problem and at night he wears a male wrap for leaks. All in all,I will give him the much needed TLC that he deserves.Kathryn and all the

Happy to include Quinn -

Happy to include QuinnThat is great, glad to hear that he is fitting in so well….. curious about his "leaking" problem.... is it just when sleeping?... do you think he might have an UTI?... since he is only 13, bit early to be having problems holding his urine.... or is that the reason that the previous owners decided to place him?

Kathryn, this makes me so happy :)I hope he has many long years with you and your family. Glad he's found a friend in Classy. What is a male wrap please? In the past we had a problem with a Leaky Basenji boy.
