Hi Roxanne, if you are still looking for a basenji, you may want to go to www.basenjirescue.org- a great group of volunteers who rescue and place basenjis. :)
I wish I could take credit for this post, but it's just information that BRAT shares with folks who are either fostering or adoption a basenji.
BRAT really does try to cover the bases with inof re new dogs and owners.
Yeah, I'm kinda interested in knowing what this means, just curious:

have you applied with brat yet? it is www.basenjirescue.org also sometimes breeders get dogs back where their homes just didnt work out. im sure the right dog will come up. im glad you found this forum. welcome!
