Thank you for sharing this! I went to Target last night and they did pull all the jerkey treats mentioned from the shelf. It scares the **** out of me because Pharaoh absolutely LOVES these treats…

I know all to well about this, my B, Victor, fell victim in 2009.
From Waggin Train,Chicken Jerky Treats.
It only took three treats to make him very sick and then I found
him dead in his crate.

cant even imagine that, so sorry , i was back tracking some old post here and this subject popped up over various years, same brands to it seems.so hard to find thing not made or have ties with china,

Agree….. but dehydrator is pretty inexpensive and easy to use too.

I got my dehydrator at a farm & fleet store for about $50. It is basic but has temperature. I make a lot of jerky now. It is really easy. Beef jerky from ground beef is my favorite. I can make sticks of it which can be broken or cut up easily into training treat sized pieces. I highly recommend getting one. Plus you can use it too.
