    Love those Equafleece coats!! Not too sure about the fluoro colour though!!
    I just checked out their website - I think my oldies would like those.
    Are they prompt with sending the goods out?

    I'm sure Mary at Equafleece would send stuff out pretty quick. I always buy mine at shows so not too sure about postal times. Give them an email and ask. My dogs have at least 4 of these jumpers each in all sorts of styles and colours. I wouldn't buy any other jumpers for them :)
    I should say I also have a jumper chewer. He hates having 'legs' so I just make sure I get him the jumpers without legs on.

    Thanks for that - I'll email them tonight.
    I spent several hours on the computer last night checking out all different manufacturers, but kept coming back to Equafleece.
    Good news on the home front - Jerry still had his coat on this morning - untouched!!
    His sister Chloe (of course!) hadn't touched hers. It's marvellous how they discovered warmth was better than destruction.

    I agree..I use both Equafleece and hurtta as far as clothing- both somewhat hard to get in New England, we also get frigid winters so I use the Equafleece as a liner for the hurtta… Oakleys spoiled and always warm!

    Our winters here in Australia are not like yours in New England - we don't get snow where I am, but do get hard frosts. Cold days are 14C, but situated where I am on the side of a hill, the wind off the snow area 75 kms further up the valley can get a bit lazy - prefers to go through you rather than round you!!
    And as we all know - Basenjis don't 'do' cold!! My Swedish boy is cuddled up in his bed in front of the heater beside me. Silly boy still gets his summer coat in our winter!!

    I got my package on Monday!!! :) I haven't had time to update but Dallas loved all of his gifts! He loved the loofa dog! He was carrying it all around the house with him Monday evening. He & our family dog have been playing tug of war with the rope that he received. Oh, and Tuesday he found the bag of milkbones on my dresser while I was at work…thankfully he didn't eat the plastic bag :rolleyes: The bones, obviously, are gone. Such a pig :rolleyes:

    When Lillie had stitches in her paw, I needed to keep the paw dry. I tried everything. What worked and fit the best were natural rubber, waterproof dog boots by Pawz. 12 disposable boots…slips on, stays on. I believe they were around $17.00. Their website is www.PAWZDOGBOOTS.com. Of course, as soon as we came in from our walk, Lillie was trying to get them off. Another waterproof dog boots we tried were waterproof nylon boots with non-skid soles and Velcro straps for a snug fit. $9.99 They did not fit as snug as the pawz. There is no website on the package.     I put my Buttons in a K9 Top Coat Arctic Fleece Jogging suit which covers her belly and all four legs. They are really warm and perfect for our early morning walks when it's very cold here in MO. Size 3 fits most Basenji's like a glove and it does not cramp their style. Only problem is that they are quite expensive but Her Majesty Buttons worries not about little things such as that as long as she is warm and toasty.

    My dog has a few coat and has boots that she wears in the snow. She has a fleece hoodie and a jean jacket. I now have an IG doggie how hates the cold so I looked on the greyhound sites and found a coat that is made for basenji's and IG's. I forget the site off hand but I will look it up for you and get back to you. It is fleece and has a snooze(neck/head warmer). Great coat and easy to put on.
