**It is with a Heavy and Broken Heart that I must write …
Beloved Basenji Girl - Nubia (Zuri's Etosha)
Am Ch Zuri's Leeloo "Leeloo"s Mother**Died July 21 at 3pm
**
due to complications of
"Cushing's Disease" that she had been struggling with for the past 1 1/2 years
which lead to life-threatening disorders -hypothyroidism and infections of the gums and eyes.Aldo Villalta

Aldo, I am so sorry to hear of Nubia's passsing..I know you are hurting right now, but also know that she is no longer in pain..

My other Basenji Ramses is also missing her ..
He whimpered the night she died ...
they had been together for 11years !
so the pain of her not being here is felt by both of us... -

I am so sorry. I'm sure your home must feel empty without Nubia. Big hugs to you and Ramses, I suggest many long walks for you two. No matter how sad I am sometimes, a long walk with a basenji helps me feel better.
