Nicole is home!

It's been some very busy last few days now, but I couldn't have asked for a more adorable puppy. All she wants to do is climb and cuddle, and every time I've had guests she just cuddles up in their laps and falls asleep. Reading these forums I expected a lot more trouble, but she's just been cute and nothing else. Even when I try to play with her she can just stop in the middle to come up in my lap and get a belly rub :)

I haven't been able to find any snacks she likes though which is something of a problem since it makes it hard to train her to do anything, but she already knows what the newspapers on the floor are for, and sits on command - this after 3 days! :eek:

Never lets me sleep and thinks that biting is the best way of showing affection and playing. We'll have a fun time getting to know eachother that's for sure!

She sure is cute. You know it just amazes me that with all the hundreds of pups and dogs we see here, and how different each and every one is, they all seem to have common traits as well. That play bow, followed by the chew the pillow to get your attention, followed by the vigorous head shake to snap the ears, and then tilt my head to look adorable must be learned in the womb by every Basenji ever born :)
