I used Wisdom Panel for my assumed Basenji mix. It showed no basenji at all. My boy is 32 lbs and short hair. His DNA says he is 25% American Eskimo 12.5% Boston Terrier 12.5% Chow Chow 12.5% German Shepherd 12.5% Miniature Schnauzer 25% Breed Group-Sporting, Herding, Hound, Terrier. Having owned basenjis all my life I would say my boy has basenji in him by his personality and behavior regardless of what his dna says!!
Basenjis big brothers!

I am sorry, no basenjis this time, but their "big brothers" I like these pictures so much that I want to share them with you, allthough they are not basenjis, I know some ibizan hound fanciers are on this forum too
these pictures were taken by Ria v. Middelaar and are published in next month issue of a well known dutch dog magazine "de Hondenwereld"
Nou hier zijn dan een paar van die fotos , ik weet niet welke er precies gekozen zijn voor het blad, maar dat zal ik deze week wel zien want dan komt het uit

thanks for all your nice comments
@ Rita Jean: when you are used to basenjis they are quite tall I guess, they are large dogs, but when you get used to them you dont think they are that tall, they are all legs so when they curl up on the couch they arent very big anymore as they fold their legs around them most of the time they curl up in the small basenji baskets I have and the basenjis lay in the big baskets I got for the Ibizans

Mar, that's so true!
When we first got Pentah (we took care of Hailey's sister before she went off to Australia) we first thought.. O MY!! she's so tall!!!!! But before she left us.. we were so used to it, we did not even know what some people ment when they told us.. WOW thats a BIG dog!
And then when we got Hailey, we already thought again.. WOOOOW we have a BIG dogβ¦
Now.. we don't even notice that.... hahahaha -
