Thanks everyone for the encouraging words! Yes Rescuing is the best option. Sure it is a no kill shelter but it makes room for new dogs to be rescued and it puts her in a wonderful home! She is SLOWLY coming along. She likes to try to come up in my lap now. Shes a wonderful lil dog and Anubis LOVES having someone his size around. She "Smiles" she will get excited and show all of her teeth and wag her tail…I try to get pics but she always gets scared of the camera.
He's so handsome

Love his eyes. Nice shot.

I've always thought his eyes looked sort of mysterious…
I'm weird though

That's a very nice photo shot!

This is that Famous look we all get from our Basenji's as they look over their shoulders at us. I was getting one of my older cameras for sale on Ebay and could not resist catching the moment.

Great picture…
I always think if the could speak, they will be saying "puh" I'm the most beautiful Basenji in the world!

When I see these types of photos I often think they must have been 'posing' for the camera.

Beautifyl Roo. Great picture…it looks like he is saying or at least wanting to say..
"can I help you?" -
Great moment captured.

He's gorgeous and looks like he knows it

Lovely pic. You're certainly talented with the camera. Good to see little Roo's face again. Does he still fit in the bike carriage (or whatever it's called)?
-
Snorky,
Yes, Jason is very talented with the camera, although he won't agree if you ask him…so silly! Yes, Roo still fits in the bike trailer (Burley Tail Wagon.) Actually both dogs can go in it at the same time, there is a cloth divider so Bonzo doesn't have to put up with Roo's antics on the trip.
