Thank you for posting them Marie, sometimes I just don't get time-I don't know why not!!
Litter planned for Fall 09 (I hope)

Arlene..they are absolutely darling..I love the pictures.

They are darling, and it is cool to see the names kicking around. I love Black Gold for the Tri so much. Thanks for the lesson on the 'A'.
I like DH rather than just Dogo's. Just my opinion.-Nicole

Good point Lisa, I just never thought of it. I will now! It does make more sense.
Habari's Man in Black
Habari's Back in Black (I think I'll change this one to Habari's Black Bart)
Habari's Black Gold
Habari's Black Knight -
I would shout ot Habari too..in the names that is..make it be seen..if you know what I mean.
Those names sound very cool.. -
If we are voting ;), I vote for Habari too! Sounds more appropriate for an African breed
-
I vote for the full kennel name "Dogo Habari"
The pups look so cute!
-
It actually means 'little event' in one of the translations. If I put in Dogo Habari, it just seems too long. I'll play with it though.
-
Dogo makes me think of Dogo Argentino

Me too… and I think that breeders should use their full kennel names.

Sounds like you already have great names for your little guys. And here I was going to suggest Ace, Gene, Peter and Paul…Since KISS always used black and white makeup...:D

Now, we should have come up with this sooner! But I think I like the names I've chosen-except for Black Knight-I may change that one. If I'm not putting in Bluestones, I should be able to put my full kennel name. When I think of Dogo, I think of the Argentino as well. It'll either be Habari, as Lisa suggested, or Dogo Habari from now on for me. Thanks guys!
Here are links to two new videos. One puppy is up to about 26 oz the rest are hovering around 22-23 oz. They've morphed from hippos into little elephants! None of their eyes are opened yet, so what you see is weebils crashing into each other with a nose for Mama's milk!

Yes, they definitely are. Their eyes are now opened. The tri just having one eye partially opened this am. All the blacks were opened two days ago. So now they are really stariting to explore their surroundings. I've reintroduced Damisi to the pack with supervision but haven't let her outside with them yet. She bit Sugar in the butt once, but that was about it. I have to get them more sure of each other in the next two weeks. The puppies will be going out in the dining room in the next little while and Damisi has to feel comfortable with the others before then.
Poor Misi was getting a little bored with just her and the puppies. She came out and wanted to play, but, with another intact bitch she is naturally protective. So she's not sure how to handle herself.
Here's another video link I just loaded.
