In the Netherlands you can gain both JCAC and CAC at the same time when you become first in youth class (JCAC) and best male/female (CAC).
When you gain the title youth champion you win an extra CAC. (so three times first in youth class = 3 JCAC's = youth champion = 1 CAC) -
