@JENGOSMonkey I WAS THERE FOR '89! I was a kid, but I remember the water coming out of the swimming pool in huge waves and everything falling from the shelves! I was actually born in San Jose, but moved around a lot later LOL I hear the wildfires are more of a concern for you guys now? That's scarier than quakes for me...

@vstripe:
Yeah that's Chad and his basenji Tyler:D
I met him through the basenji meet up at the dog park down here and was so excited when he let me know he was going to be on TV! I cant wait to see the show.
Hey V–I found out about the show airing at the very last minute. If you miss it I'll post it online eventually.

I think its awsome that you decided to tat that on your back.
A paw print would be really cool.
Glad to have you on the forum. Sorry I missed the episode. Hopefully they will play it again. -

Way cool! I was hoping to see the now infamous basenji. What a tribute to your boy Tyler. I just love the bottom picture of you two - great shot! Your tatoo is as unique as Tyler. Thanks for posting and welcome to the B Forums. I will make a point of tuning in to the next LA Ink show. A Basenji on TV is a rare sighting.

Very Cool, welcome Chad and Tyler, I'll have to keep an eye out for the show now that I'm temporarily in the states.
I think that's a great idea for a tat, coming from someone who has a few (or 15 smirk).
I love the pic of you and him with your backs facing the camera

Welcome to the forums! From watching the show, Tyler seems like a great dog, and he is so handsome! I personally love the tattoo. It is very original, and I think it is great that you feel so connected with your dog.

I have it recorded, so I will have to check it out. I am totally in love with her cat! I thought they were so ugly at first, but now I am hooked and I want one!
I can help you out with that :p

Oh, somehow I missed that one the first time thru the thread. Who bred your B? He is very cute. Quite an unusual marking too!
I think your idea is pretty cool!Tyler is a Congaro basenji from here in Southern California. His papa was best in breed at Westminster a couple years ago. I guess that makes him pretty fancy, but he just likes hanging out and having fun.
I really want to find a lure coursing group near Los Angeles, but the nearest ones are in San Diego (hours away).

That is great…very pretty dogs! She is a good breeder, and a nice person! His dad is probably Pistol? or Vinnie?

Yes, Pistol

That's a wild looking mark….love it.

That's way cool. Thanks for sharing (I don't have cable, so this is the only way I get to see it!)
-
Very cool! Now I will have to watch that episode.

Way ta go, Chad!
Is there any way to post the video of the show on YouTube (or this Forum)? I'd love to watch it!
