Hey about the feces. My princess, Chiomba Dayo, had dark feces as well. Brought her to the vet and they said it may of been blood. Some tests were done and $ was spent to find it wasn't blood but bilirubin. apparently its caused from to much stomach acid and or the liver not being able to break up fats… We were told to try a low does antacid, over the counter no name brand. This improved her feces color and her appetite! But its just one more thing to do every morning. I feel like she owns me, not the other way around.

Well, that is good…. while we would all like to have clears, at least you know that you will never have to worry about Fanconi and you can always have the direct test done when it is available just to make sure.... and he can still be bred to clears....

I had a feeling that he would at least be a carrier because his father is. I'm so glad to know that he's not affect, and it's good news for his mother too.
