    Hi John! My Binti will only consent to have her nails ground and only with treats (she gets one per paw.) She hated it at first but once we had the routine established, she settles right into it. The only thing I would say about using the grinder is keep pausing to feel the claw. I once had a "groomer" who was in a hurry hold the grinder to Binti's claw too long and the friction built up heat which burned her enough to make her yip.     I think they just look solid so my mind saw "bigger." I have one of the Wimaumau rescue giants (44 pounds), but even my 2 previous gals were far from petite... about 26 to 28 pounds. My dream of a petite 18 pound basenji just never happened, lol.

    Hi, yes ive seen your website, i was inquiring about a basenji female from tazy through Jenni Palmer, but not sure how the lines would work with my boy. My boy is out of Sire Eurabbie Mercedes and Dam Eurabbie Hermione. There have been a few late litters this year if there is nothing to tie in with my boy this year, ill wait till next year.
