What a talented Basenji!
Jennifer
She is from Lost Ten Basenjis in Texas, from a woman named Cherry. Fancy is retired now and was looking for a comfy couch and we certainly have a place for her. Actually, she steals my husband's favorite recliner every chance she gets!
Glad she is adjusting so well.
We have Fancy's half sister Sidhe (Shaye) and if she has the same type of disposition, your heart is already hers to control. Sidhe gives those fire engine yodels too. Their faces are almost identical. I am so glad she landed with you!
Sounds as though Fancy is very happy in her new home.
She slept in her kennel last night but I got a lovely wake-up yodel at 5 am this morning to what sounded like a fire engine in my living room! I came downstairs and she had this look on her face that said "What? That noise wasn't me!" She loves all of the attention she is getting from the kids and has snuggled up to my son and is napping next to him on the couch. Sigh…we her already
Oh, i wish mine would yodel more. Digital the brindlewonderkid, was my yodeller, but now that his hearing is gone, he doesn't.
Glad Fancy is home.
Sound like fancy has adjusted great. Congrats on your new addition
Congratulations on helping Fancy adjust to her new home so easily! One of my girls, Becca, will only roo when she feels like it, so if Fancy has "blessed" you with her voice so early, she must surely feel at home.
She is beautiful!
How super!!!! That is great
She is darling. So happy she is already fitting in so well.
Congratulations on the new family member…she is lovely!
Congrats on the new family member and on the yodels!
Good to hear…older b's are just as fun and need good homes too!
Congratulations, very jealous of the yodel.. Ayo is completely quiet.. I actually don't think vie ever heard a yodel!!!!
