Absolutely that whole realm of agility and lure coursing is fascinating. wish we were closer as we know nothing about it.... to me, if I were a basenji, THAT's what I'd want to do all day !! Too fun for words.

We're in north central Phoenix. After the drive and back to texas, Tucson doesn't seem far away anymore.... hehehe do you know if all the AZ new pups are in your area or all over AZ? Would be fun that's for sure to get them all together! Kirsten - thank you so much! Those photos are cindy's!

I imagine that Bev has already told you about this group, but just in case, there is a Basenji group in Phoenix: Basenji Fanciers of Greater Phoenix.
We spend the winters in Arizona; unfortunately, too far away from either Phoenix or Tucson to make regular trips over for the get togethers (especially considering that diesel is now nearing $4.00 per gallon and will probably be well over $5.00 by next winter
). -
