    I think Manah is chewing the bone so she can keep the toys in shape for when her little sissy comes this winter. Manah certainly must have been better than Charlie and Preston, because they only got a short bully stick!! Perhaps Santa saw the two baskets of toys and said he'd share them with the homeless doggies instead!! :D:eek:

    @CrazyBasenjiMom: Lovely, so cute, and they haven't chewed up their blankets or beds??? My three chew and destory every bed I've gotten them, I even bought the ORVIS no chew bed. It only took them 3 days for that one. No chewing on the beds here.. And if they try, they get a 'no' and something else that's stuffed and is allowed to be destroyed ;) Seems to work… (hope it stays that way.. ;))

    @tanza: This had happen a couple of times to one of my pups… Her house had a skunk under the deck also... and they had to call someone to trap the skunk... honestly... they will most likely be back unless you find the entrance and block it off.... Yes–they are very much creatures of habit. I had a skunk that was visiting my backyard every day years ago--fortunately, my dogs never had a run-in with it. But I ended up hiring a wild animal trapper who trapped animals like skunks and would relocate them.
