About 6 months ago a local agility group offered a special run for our communities' retired agility dogs at their regular agility trial. No requirements, just for fun, whatever jump height the handler wanted. So I "entered" Digital the brindlewonderkid. Each dog got a huge rosette with all their AKC titles. You can see all the runs (edited for time) here:
Obviously the dogs are having a wonderful time. Diggie is about 1/2 way through around 4:00 minutes. He was about 13.5 years old and jumping 12 inches and looking GREAT! You can tell he was definately having a blast. This is the agility community's answer to the veteran's class. Of course I can't watch it without having a kleenix handy, so if you're a sop for those old dogs, be warned.
