I cannot imagine committing to buy a puppy without seeing the animal and if possible the sire and dam. OTOH, a rescue (or adoption of an older dog) is a different thing. My last two Basenjis came to me sight unseen, and turned out to be wonderful dogs, but the breeders I got them from wanted to place their dogs in an experienced Basenji home, and I only paid the cost of getting the dogs to me. One came by air, one was personally transported to me by his breeder. If she hadn't been happy with what she found I expect she would have taken him back with her when she left. I also had to commit to return him if ever I couldn't keep him. Good breeders care about where their dogs end up.
Amazing

I am watching the last of the miners being pulled out of the mine in Chile, it is truly an amazing feat of technology. Those are very lucky men.

I think they should leave the 3 men claiming multiple partners (one has wife/mistress, another several mistresses and wife, and one with a new born with one woman and another woman pregnant) down there a while longer.

What I find amazing is that all of these men, for as long as they were down there, organized their lives down there so well, right down to all agreeing they would not write books or profit from their misfortune. As for the men with more than one partner, perhaps this will be a wakeup call for them.

OTOH, it might be more punishment to be brought to the suface. :p

ROFLMAO, yeah, but sadly this is south america where men have mistresses isn't uncommon.
