I was basenji-less for the first time in 18 months last night! The house was so calm and peaceful :D I'd forgotten what it was like without a basenji around :rolleyes:

I can relate. Mine's vacationing at her grandma's for the second time this summer. I'd say the house is too quiet without her but come to think of it it's quiet when she IS here! Don't sleep too good though–-there's a little empty spot behind my knees....

Potty Training eventually came easy because ours is so treat motivated....lol.
Basic obedience is a challenge for us......ahe is definitely her own girl....and please dont disturb her sleep. You could lose a limb. ::)))))
There's something invigorating about cold snow on little basenji toesies! My Abbey loved all the snow we had last winter (unusual for us) but she was terrified of the neighbors' snow man!!
