I have found my B breeder (!!!).
I am now in the waiting list (!!!).
It's really very hard to wait,
but it's really worth it.

Yes Rita,
i have work to do in the house,
i have to make a wooden box for my cat's "toilet"
and another wooden box for my cat's food,
make sure the electric wires will be safe (not to be chewed),
find the right place for the crate and the puppy's "toilet", etc.
As for the name, we have started a family contest to find the right one,
but most probably, we will name it upon the puppy's arrival.
I have spoken with the vet, so he will start his "homework" about Bs.
Even with all these, time seems to looong to wait… -
I do so hope your wait goes very quickly for you. I still every day find something I need to do to keep Jaycee out of it. We got her in March and she shows me something everyday. I can hardly wait to see what is going to happen with the Christmas tree. Our 15 year old cat always goes under tree to sleep the second it is up not to sure that is going to work this year.
We had the crate in the kitchen when we first brought Jaycee home but after first few nights we could see that did not work she just cried. My husband even slept on sofa with her crazy. We put the crate in our bedroom that worked. She has a little stuffed toy we got for her the day we came home and we called it her baby buddy so at night when its time to go to bed we tell her go get baby buddy night night time.

Rita Jean, Chirstmas time is always a struggle for me with my fur kids. Mine would chew the wires to the lights. We also used to run a little electric train around the tree. My fur kids figured out how to turn the darn thing on when we weren't home. We came home and the train was set at top speed and had derailed around the curve. So my hubbie built a lattice work fence to go around the tree. It now looks like I have an outdoor tree inside my house. and the dogs can't chew the lights or mess w/the presents.

Mine never bothered the tree or the lights. One year, out of the blue, they opened all the presents in the middle of the night:D Now we don't put them around the tree until Christmas morning. We get a quick picture of the tree but it seems the same picture every year….tree, presents, lights, and 2 dogs under the tree sniffing the packages looking for the perfect gift to open immediately.

Well, I haven't had abasenji for christmas yet, this year will be the first, but I hada Westie that just loved, loved, loved it when you brought the woods in for him to pee on, "wonderful, I don't even have to go out..thanks guys!" that was truly his face every year. A few years ago, when my daughter was a cute 4 yrs old we decided to make gingerbread cookie ornaments, brilliant we thought and oh, so quaint…Bogus (the Westie) couldn't believe his luck, he actually scaled the christmas tree in search for all the cookies, to the point of toppling it over on top of himself...all this after midnight, when you are sound asleep, waiting for the perfect chirstmas morning to arrive.. Well shame on me for wanting a pretty tree..he taught me to not hang cookies out, Otis have taught me and the kids, and my hubby not to leave paper out or plastic bags or towels or food........

GenJMar, O I love it that would have been something to find the train on and off the tracks. That was a great story but I had not even though about the wires or lights. Well Christmas might just be a little more fun this year. Looks like I had better keep presents hide until Christmas morning.
I like the ideal of fence around the tree but my husband will think I have lost it for sure.Rita Jean

Last year, we put Kona in her crate while we put up the Christmas tree. While she liked to lay under it she never went after any ornaments and only chewed the branches once or twice when we weren't giving her enough attention. We will see what happens this year with two of them…However, Keoki is so good he probably won't be phased by it!
Good luck puppy-proofing...it is an ongoing process for sure!
