I can't even watch Animal Planet when they do rescues, it breaks my heart to see animals mistreated. Why do people not think before getting a animal. Thanks God for Brat, and all the other rescue facilities!

Ever see "Dog Town"? Awesome place, but so sad how they acquire some of the dogs. They check the local dump and often find dogs there, trying to escape the sun by curling up in piles of tires,which of course suffocates them.
Sometimes they find dead dogs that have been shot by their owners, etc.

It's just very sad.
