I saw it at www.Basenji.co.uk that would be cool to own but not sure what I would actually do with it :) beside put photos of my dog on it so maybe not lol, maybe if I was a breeder it would be useful.

Food aggression in dogs is normal. You have to train them to not be, and no stranger should try to take. Heck you shouldn't unless it is something dangerous. Do you have any idea where the guy got the dog from? Perhaps its breeder might help you with training. Do you know if perhaps the exgirlfriend wanted the dog and he took it for spite? http://k9deb.com/foodguar.htm

I saw a basenji at the dog park I like to go to once, Fleet People's Park in Winter Park, FL. Was neat to actually see one up close like that for once. I've never saw a full blood one, just my mixes ;)
