Thats an odd request. It is not uncommon to get both. I know a lot of dogs of different breeds.

addition, our boy, Ranger, brother of Dancer, also departed this earth due to cancer. He was a FCI, Sicalam, Puerto Rican/Mexican/Canadian, and U.S. Champion, for a limited, but very promising specials career. -

It is so common, not sure there would be one. Lots also get international championships.
Another interesting (to me more so), are dogs with show and working titles.
