New Tracking Book: K9 Trailing; The Straightest Path

Basenji Talk
  • Hi All,

I know some of you are interested in tracking work and I have a new book recently published by Alpine Publications called K9 Trailing; The Straightest Path. This is a no-nonsense approach to tracking/ trailing work based on my actual manhunt deployments. It is a step by step program and the first in a series of three books. Amazon has been sold out on the book for over a month but I have limited edition hardcover and soft back books at our facility that I can sign for any interested. Here is a link to my web page talking about my books and our store page for ordering. Thanks and please feel free to write if you have any questions.

Thanks for your replies. I've started giving Sonia Glucosamine w/ MSM every day and we'll see how she does. I'll give you an update in about a month and let you know if it's helped or not.

The only thing I would be concerned about with a Dachshund would be the possiblity of it having some back damage with the rough play of a basenji…or even trying to do the same acrobatics that Bs do. I have known some folks who had a lot of problems with disk and spine problems with Doxies...but I don't know if that is typical. Something to think about though...
