Puppy in Oklahoma

Here's a link to story out of Oklahoma. It says the puppy is 3 months old but doesn't say what breed it is. It kinda looks like a basenji puppy to me. Does anyone know anymore about this story?

I hope some follow-up is done about the puppies being put in the dumpster. This must be against some kind of law.

There is no Basenji in it but I am very happy that the pup not only lived but will now find a new home.

oh my..words are not coming to me…heartbreaking story...
