    Our Muay Thai classes focus on helping students develop the POWER WITHIN, leaving the machines behind and only using your body for a total body workout. Developing speed, power, endurance, cardio health and dexterity all by practicing punches, hooks, uppercuts and kicks. We offer you Personal or Collective classes in order to suit your schedule and budget.

    Students wear hand wraps and Thai boxing gloves for a truly friendly workout that builds up the students skills like professional boxers. In addition to the Thai boxing exercises, all classes begin with a 20-30 minute intense cardiovascular aerobic ?warm up? that focuses on your body?from jumping rope to pushups and squats! Our Thai boxing workouts leave you exhausted, yet refresh your mind and your spirit! Join us for a new fitness program that will surely enhance and change your life!

    Our classes range from Level 1 Basic for students to develop stamina, power and Muay Thai technique to Level 2 which consists of a strenuous and challenging workout and sparring!

    I have had a couple stained glass made, but there is normally a 3-4 month lead time as the artists are already booked up for Xmas this yr. Most of the artists on etsy will be booked this late in the yr, I had two quilts and a needle felt made a couple yrs ago and I placed my order in June in order to guarantee Xmas delivery. If you have a nice photo, there is a company called treasure knits that does wonderful woven afghans out of a photo with about a one week turn around. I have had both afghans and pillows made from photos as xmas gifts from them and they do great work.

    @Loki_Freya: Hehe, I think they would probably be unwinding the mummies (just like they do with toilet paper), chewing on bones, running B500 loops in the hallways, and then taking well deserved naps in the beds on display in the period rooms… ;-) I wish I could draw, because I can so see these as cartooned illustrations in my head. This would make such a cute story book, or coloring book. -Nicole

    Basenjis are affectionate on their own terms… some are, some are not... you need to remember they are an independent, thinking dog, meaning they are always looking for "What's in it for me". Also, since she is new to your home and already a young adult, it will take time for her to warm up to you and show her true feelings. Many Basenjis do not lick and the ones that do are enough to drive you over the edge.ggg... my oldest girl never licks... never has.... except when wet...
