Ziggy's Complaint! (video)

  • Poor Ziggy! I'm out of the house for five minutes, and he starts whimpering and then yodeling. He must really miss me! :-)

  • Poor Ziggy…I'm sure Ruby is just that bad or worse.

BTW, Ruby was sleeping by the fire just now and I played your video and, well, now she is running all over the house looking for Ziggy ;).

  • I can't wait to play this for family members; I keep trying to describe the noises that I hear when approach the house after running errands. It is certainly a hard noise to describe! Cory was sitting in my lap when I played the video and she was very concerned for poor Ziggy!!

  • Taj – Ziggy's almost 5 year old son -- came out from his nice warm burrow under the covers when he heard his dad's voice. My BRAT foster was impressed, too. Ellie stayed under the covers and muttered to herself. :-) Marco looked up briefly, but didn't see anything to be excited about, the sweet old geezer.

    Thanks for the chuckle!

  • the best is at 1:15 when Ziggy looks back and is like "Do something will ya" lol…what a cute pup!

  • LMAO very cute, Tiggy came running and was trying to stand on my laptop and figure out where all the sounds were coming from and tilting his head side to side

  • Yes- poor but it mean he loves U!!! :D He has superb sound:D He is all superb! I like his tint:D

Keep in mind, unless you correct them "in the act" they really have no clue that they have done something wrong, or more to the point "what they did wrong"…. shredding is pretty natural to a Basenji

Usually we put presents under the tree, but I just don't dare since getting the B girls! Presents all hide in closets until it's actually time for them to be opened. We always wrap special treats for the girls and the cat as well, so they can tear something open to get to the goodies. Then the treats keep them busy while everyone else is unwrapping. The great-grandkids have been warned NOT to leave their stuff on the floor or where they look like dog toys on tables, etc.

Sounds good! I'll check w/the vet, it soundslike putting super glue in cracks on feet and hands. I'll also look into something to keep him warm. I used to guide down in s Utah. I love that area. Everything east of Capital Reef onto the eastern slopes of Boulder Mt. Kicked around in the San Rafael Swell and down s Cedar Mesa during my off time. Beautiful area. Thanks agan. Greg

The one in the snow video was Lexi. It felt like I was out there much longer than 2 seconds… But yeh, we all were like, Weeee! It's snowing... and then realized, burrrrr, it's cold-- let's get outta here!!
