i must have glanced up at the tv at just the right moment - a cute little tri with a fancy dog house was on selling new york.

i can't seem to get a direct link, but the show is here:

and the episode is 'dream homes' - the basenji appears about 3:30 into the episode.

@theoriginaldev As others have said, an older dog would be better on neutral ground. A puppy will probably go really well. From my own experience, a bit of initial posturing from the older dog, then when they realize it’s playtime...the games will commence. Good luck!

So so true Lisa!!! What a difference it makes. The only problem is now I have to convince my family that even though the dogs seem great they are not the same easy going trustworthy dog that their schnauzer is! grrrr
