i must have glanced up at the tv at just the right moment - a cute little tri with a fancy dog house was on selling new york.

i can't seem to get a direct link, but the show is here:

and the episode is 'dream homes' - the basenji appears about 3:30 into the episode.

Both Abby and Cooper love my cat, love to chase him. He's pretty smart though he's know how to get away from them. We have our formal dining room blocked off with baby gates so he can go in there and eat and not be bothered by the dogs. Plus apparently Cooper looooooves cat food. Then again Cooper loves all food.

Yep Zoe hates to get wet whether its being rained on or walking through wet grass (she has to stop and lick her feet dry every time we hit concrete again). So instead of looking like "The Jerk" dragging some dog behind me on leash I get her out as much as I can before the rain. When its just a quick trip for bathroom I just let her go off the porch under the overhang in the roses but even then I have to plop her down a few times before she will finally go.

When I was a kid we had a male who hated to get his feet wet. Being the rotten kid that I was I made it a goal in life to get that dog to run through puddles but the only one running through them was me you wouldnt believe how far the dog could jump lol.

My Mica does have a sharp bark when she wants something - like a "…I have to go potty" - she has sharper and less sharp singular barks too, but usually one syllable - if that makes sense in doggie language - or she will wake me up in the middle of the night because she heard something out on the balcony - perhaps a raccoon or critter - and than I am running down the hallway following her because she wants to go hunting in the middle of the night on the balcony - trying to silence her so she doesn't wake anyone up. Than it is muffled and she doens't like that - but than she gets quieted and runs back to sleep. I think she does it to see what I will do.:D
