    My 5 month old half af has been barooing quite a lot!:D You can see her in action on my FB page linked below. She mostly does it for people she sees on a weekly basis. I've only gotten one.:p

    :( Tahat is so sad. Sayblee used to baroo a lot, but when my husband came home she ALWAYS barooed for him. I could be gone longer, and she wiggled and was ecstatic to see me, but I sure couldn't count on a baroo. :( LOL maybe you can click & treat the barooing for your mom and teach her to do it on command?     There's something invigorating about cold snow on little basenji toesies! My Abbey loved all the snow we had last winter (unusual for us) but she was terrified of the neighbors' snow man!!

    You all make me feel so much better at the idea of boarding. Seren is 7 years old and has never been boarded. She is also not crate trained. I always have left her with my daughter and her 2 dogs while we were away and they got along well. Her dogs have since died and she now has 2 new dogs and they do not get along well with Seren. Since my daughter and her husband work I am afraid to leave them all together while we are gone. I now need to find a kennel or someone to come in and stay with her while we are away.

    I have a cat that will walk around in the rain, she likes it. :eek: But if it is thundering, she heads for her cat door in the garage, hates thunder. My Basenji, Sahara hates wet grass, but is better about getting a bath now that I give her a treat when we are done. We carried her out in the boat, with her lifepreserver on and she liked it Ok. She is getting better but won't go outside to potty when it is raining unless Mom goes with her on a leash and an umbrella. Hence, her name Africian Queen Sahara!!!!!!:D

    ROFL ROFL LOL LOL LOL LOL…this is the FUNNIEST story I've ever heard in my life!!! LOL LOL :) Hahaha! I must say that Storm was quite disappointed to see that my "treasure" was a twig - I think he was hoping for a squirrel or a bunny or something a little more animated! ;) :) :D And my neighbors are NOT dog people, sooooo you know darn well they think I ought to be in a straight jacket! :)
