Question, has anyone noticed that their b's chewing habits diminish with the increase in physical exercise they get or mental mental exercise? I've read that Basenjis become destructive when they are bored.

LOL…. all puppies and dogs will become destructive when bored.... but yes, as we say, a tired Basenji is a good Basenji..... and if left to where they can get it... it is "fair" game for a Basenji.

And your boy will be related to my C-Me (Klassic-Tanza Color Me Tri), who is sired by Dunkin/Katie son, Tommy

yep, my suki chews on everything: table legs, books on the bookshelf, toilet paper (unravels the whole roll and goes running), towels, carpet, the wooden base board corners, and my laptop while i'm using it! but she's so darn cute!

I guess Maya must be related to Kenji too as she and C-Me are related aren't they? :confused: I find this all very confusing! I think Maya's mum Millie and Dunkin are quite closely related… Possibly :confused:

Millie and Dunkin are full brother and sister, but not the same age… and yes, Maya is related to Kenji also (and C-Me too)
