@katoman Hey, you should really try to relax some! You jump to the defensive all the time!! This is a forum......it's for everyone to voice their opinion!! You're not on trial here! It's really pretty interesting when a bunch of people start voicing their idea's & opinions! You're not going to get sue'd because you bred your dogs (at least not by any of us & doubtfully by the folks who bought the pups!). I bet there's a happy guy in there some where ~ let him out for awhile! Okay? It's easy to get along with most everyone here!!
Don't mess with the basenjis!

evil eyes!

 Very scary…
-
ha, ha, ha…basenjis have awesome powers! :D:D:D
-
strangely for both of them… one eye seems to be glowing green and one eye is more yellowish - i wonder if that means something?
-
Love these! I've gotten both green and yellow morlock eyes with my dogs. I think it just depends on the angle and how close they are to the flash, etc. I can never get a good picture off my cell phone they always look like this!

Must be the evil side and the good side battling it out inside of them. Would explain why they can be such sweethearts, only to turn into a beast at the blink of an eye!
Great picture btw!

My brother used to call my previous one the demon dog. Must have seen something like this! -

Hilarious! -
GREAT picture! Love the evil little beasties.
I read something years ago that indicated that the retinal reflection of the green color scale was an indication of an animal that had increased night vision. We often see red when photographing other mammals. Any one else ever read anything about this?? How about our resident photogs?? Comicdom, Janneke, etc….?
