First time i've actually managed to see this film though I'd heard a lot about it -thank you for the link, tlish.

Not true though that they are/were used to hunt lions.

Is it true that they were nearly wiped out in the US in the 80s by Fanconi or is that an exaggeration?

Does anyone know who the Basenjis are? They look some lovely dogs.
