Really I was joking about you breaking on them… but I did want you to know stable Rotties are very tolerant of small dogs. :) On digging out... I am investing a fortune in stupid river rocks to line my fence. :(

@Patty: I have had hernias disappear with manipulation but I wonder if they might have closed any way. I'd never know. As I posted before, there's no real problem as its unusual for these hernias to cause troubles. I'm sure Elaine willl confirm this. Yes, I too have had a bitch operated on as the opening had started to close when she was 12 years old. It was a very simple op and once the stitches had gone you wouldn't know there had been anything there!! The UK KC frowns on these ops now. Helena, i am aware the KC frown on these ops and isn't it wrong. It could encourage people to not have things fixed . Why on earth should an op like this prevent a Dog from being shown, it's madness. For me the Dogs health would always come first , but i still think they're wrong. Whoops sorry to rant:o

@Janneke: If that's the devil… then what causes the rest of all their behaviours!? ;) Ha, ha, ha…soooooo true!!! Don't worry, she probably WILL :D:D do it in the ring at some point. And don't feel bad, mine did it at 8 mos. in the ring at the National last week :D (which can be seen by all when the DVD is available :) ) - all you can do is laugh at that point.

i think she qualifies as a basenji, she sings, she pulls on her leash, she understands everything we say, she has an attitude. shes also got the white on the end of her tail and look at those huge ears. im trying to post another photo… it keeps telling me my file is too big. i cant make it any smaller, grrr
