    Hi all,

    My B had a really beautiful litter mate with very unique markings. (I got him 4 years ago in N.H.) I haven't seen another like her. She looked kind of like a lion…white evenly around her nose like cheeks. Just wondering if anyone out there has a "lion" or if your B has a funny face. Love to see pics :)

    I have heard that sometimes when b's sneeze, the other b will sneeze..sort of like a yawning, one dog does it, they all do, but dragging outside..new to me. I look forward to hearing what others have seen.

    On work days I have to wake up Gossy but on weekends she wakes me up by sticking her face right next to mine and giving me that old basenji mind-meld "I will you to wake up".

    Nice little video to watch with my morning coffee. Thanks for send ing it. I just wonder what will happen to that toy once the dogs really know it isn't a dog. Well, actually, they probably already know (by scent) it is not a dog, but instead some strange thing on the floor that is trying to act like a dog!

    I've had two different people mistake Piper for a boston terrier. Both were walking bostons and came running over to play with my boston puppy then didn't want to believe me when I told them she was a basenji. But I can't blame them because Piper thought their dogs were basenjis. She got so excited when she saw them coming just like she does whenever she meets another basenji. Unfortunately she found out that while they were nice dogs they just were not as fun as basenjis.:)
