    One of my friends sent me this link, and the dogs look to me like they are part basenji…. I love the persistent, inquisitive nature of this breed!

    Nice little video to watch with my morning coffee. Thanks for send ing it. I just wonder what will happen to that toy once the dogs really know it isn't a dog. Well, actually, they probably already know (by scent) it is not a dog, but instead some strange thing on the floor that is trying to act like a dog!

    , even the strange voices seem to appear in many pariah type dogs. I can so see that, Moses, our almost 9 month old portuguese podengo grande sounds just like a howlling, yodeling basenji at times, then he breaks into this excruciatingly loud bark..
