I bought a Canon EOS 450D, but I believe it's called different in the US..
The lens is a 18-200 mm IS also from Canon.

We're still trying to figure it out, so these are only test shots..

Thank you.. I hope he loves us as much as we love him.. But I think we gave him a great day out today.. so for today we will be ok ;)

I have been interested in this camera for a while, but I have been holding on buying it, I first need to know how the action photos are looking, my old camera was terrible, all the pics were blurry.

We haven't got any action pics yet, but here is a link from a Dutch dog forum with nice action pics taken with a Canon 350D.. The 450D can do this, plus a bit extra ;)

I forgot to say: it's very importent what kind of lens you buy.. Pictures from that other dog forum are taken with a UMS 70-200 IS f4.0. This lens costs about 1000 euro.. his big brother the UMS 70-200 IS f2.8 is even better and will cost about 1700 euro…..
