    Okay no idea what I was thinking with a long name like

    DebraWhoLivesDownSouth

    so I asked to change it to
    DebraDownSouth

    BUT, while I am at letting y'all know its still ME, does anyone please please please have a pic or link to the basenji pulling a sled in the snow? My link is gone and I wanted to save that picture :)

    No state in the US allows a home rabies shot now. Thirty years ago you could, but not now. There are a lot of low cost clinics though.

    Before you get a puppy… go to the Basenji Club of Canada and Basenji Club of America websites and read up on Fanconi and other heritable diseases. ANY breeder not testing for these disease is NOT someone you should spend your time or money on one of their puppies. Too bad you didn't look 4-5 months ago... there was a lovely litter of Khani's pups up in Drumheller! Best of luck to you!
