    Hi,

    I jsut found this forum and it is great. I have looked in the past for something in this format as mail lists and yahoo groups just do not do it for me, plus they seem to all get filled with spam.

    My wife and I have 2 basenjis, Lion and Tigger a female and male from the same litter. We are soon to be getting a new puppy, in about 9 weeks.

    I will post some pics in the show off forum.

    No confirmed plans, as of yet. But they should solidify with in the next few weeks. We have been thinking of "wintering" in Berlin until February. We also we'll be in Münich visiting some friends. I'm really excited to go, since there are so many more B's in Germany than Switzerland. In fact Lycia's father, C-Quest's Echo of Eldorado is there as well. =)

    Thank you one and all for the warm welcome, it is nice to be among friends who share the same affections with the B's. I posted a photo it is next to my profile, I'm so new at this thread thing I still can't figure a lot of it out . . . Also welcome to the newbees also . . . Thanks Sharron, you were right, and so happy they are such a welcoming warm group. . . hugs!

    @Rafismom: Thanks to the amazing Cheryl-Hanks mom and Kevin and Dr. Gonto we are on our way to trying everything known on Fanconi. All your posts meant the world to me! Rafi is not going to have an easy road-we caught it very late. Gabrielle That is great, hopefully you have also advised his breeder… good luck and well wishes for a good treatment and good results.
